The User confirms that, acting of their own free will and in their own interest, they consent to the processing of their personal data provided to the Owner, for the purpose of identification.

The User’s personal data provided to the Owner during registration, in accordance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, shall not be transferred to third parties without the written permission of the User, except in cases expressly provided by the applicable legislation or based on court decisions of the country of the User's residence or to persons referred to in Clause 11 of this Consent.

Simultaneously, the User consents to the mobile electronic communications service provider, under the subscriber number used to receive such services, transferring to the Owner information regarding the provided electronic communications services solely for the purposes defined in Clauses 5 and 8 of this Consent.

The Owner shall use the personal data only:

- to register the User on the website nik.energy;

- to fulfill its obligations to the User and for their identification;

- to assess and analyze the operation of the website nik.energy;

- to determine the User’s eligibility to participate in promotions conducted by the Owner;

- for advertising and informational communications.

By checking the box on the registration page of the website nik.energy 'I agree to the collection and use of my personal data', the User — as a personal data subject — gives Limited Liability Company 'NIK' their unconditional consent to the collection and processing of personal data under the conditions set out below.

Personal data processing includes collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, clarification (updating, modification), use, dissemination (including transfer to third parties), anonymization, destruction, and other actions (operations) with personal data.

The User is obliged to promptly provide the Owner with updated information in case of any changes to their personal data.

The Owner includes the User’s data in the personal data database 'Contractors and Clients' from the moment the User first provides (submits) their personal data to the Owner via the registration form on the website https://www.nik.energy.

The Owner uses anonymized data for targeting advertising and/or informational materials by age, gender, and other data; to conduct statistical research; and for other purposes.

The database Owner does not transfer personal data to third parties without the prior consent of the User. The database Owner does not require consent from the personal data subject for data transfers in cases provided by the applicable legislation of Ukraine.

While using the website https://www.nik.energy, third-party web resource codes may be present, as a result of which such third parties receive data specified in Subclauses 7.2.3–7.2.5 of Clause 7.2 of this Consent.

Such third-party web resources include:

The User has all rights regarding the protection of their personal data as provided by the current legislation of Ukraine, including the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection', specifically the right to:

- Know the location of the database containing their personal data, its purpose and name, and the location of its owner or administrator;

- Receive information about the conditions for access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom their personal data is transferred;

Personal data processing is carried out at the address: Kyiv, Lesi Ukrainky Boulevard, building 34, office 202. The Owner undertakes all necessary legal measures to protect the User’s personal data, including data processing on equipment located in secured premises with restricted access.

The User consents to the transfer of personal data to third parties, namely to the mobile communications service provider, under the subscriber number used by the User, solely to achieve the purposes defined in Clauses 5 and 8 of this Consent.

By entering their personal data on the registration page of the website https://www.nik.energy and clicking 'Register', the User also confirms that they are informed of the inclusion of their data in the personal data database for the purposes stated above, of their rights as defined by the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection', and of the parties to whom their data is transferred for the fulfillment of the above purposes.
