Order Shipment Procedure

Order shipment is carried out only after the funds have been credited to the company’s account. The order will be dispatched within 2–4 days after payment is received.

A NIK manager will call you or send a message with details about the shipment to the carrier’s branch, as well as provide the estimated delivery date.

To receive the goods, individuals must present any form of ID (passport, Diia app, etc.).

Legal entities and sole proprietors (SPs) planning to receive the goods via an authorized representative must send a power of attorney to the NIK manager in advance—either by email or through an agreed messaging app. At the time of receipt, the original power of attorney issued to the company representative and their passport must be presented.

Without a power of attorney, the goods may only be received by the company’s director with the company seal on the delivery documents and a passport.
