We deliver generators, inverters, batteries, and automatic transfer switches (ATS) throughout Ukraine.

Small-sized items can be shipped via Nova Poshta. For large-sized units, NIK arranges delivery using a crane truck to ensure proper transportation conditions.

Delivery is carried out at NIK’s expense according to the terms of the standard offer; however, in the case of special offers, the terms may be agreed upon separately.

Payment for orders at NIK is made via bank transfer. Private individuals pay based on an invoice issued by a manager after placing the order. To generate the invoice, you must provide your full name, passport series and number, and tax ID (RNOKPP) in text format or as a photo/scan.

Legal entities and sole proprietors must submit an extract from the Unified State Register and a tax certificate indicating their taxation system. The invoice will be sent to the email address provided.

Orders are shipped only after payment is received. Dispatch takes 2–4 business days from the date of payment.

All generators, inverters, batteries, and automatic transfer switches (ATS) installed by NIK specialists are covered by a warranty, which includes repairs in case of warranty-related issues. The warranty on repair services ranges from 3 to 12 months — depending on the scope and type of work performed.

We provide official confirmation of warranty obligations for each client.

NIK guarantees the quality of the work performed. To keep the warranty valid, the client must undergo technical maintenance in accordance with the prescribed service regulations. If regular maintenance is not performed, the warranty obligations are voided. The warranty does not cover technical maintenance — this service must be ordered and paid for separately.

How to choose a generator?
When choosing a generator, it's important to consider power output, fuel type, and intended use. For household needs, compact gasoline generators are usually sufficient. For industrial facilities or extended use, diesel or gas generators are a better choice. Selection also depends on your backup power requirements and the types of electrical devices you plan to connect. For more detailed guidance, check out our blog article on how to choose a generator.
How to Connect a Gas Power Station?
To connect a gas-powered generator, you’ll need a dedicated gas installation project for your property, approved by local gas authorities (e.g., regional gas company). First, technical specifications must be reviewed. Once approved, you can request a professional installation service, as the process requires specific expertise. NIK specialists ensure your gas power station is connected in full compliance with technical standards and safety regulations. This guarantees long-term reliability and safe performance. Please note: for Generac gas power stations, professional installation is a brand requirement to maintain the official warranty.
Do you Offer Equipment Warranty?
Yes, NIK provides a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for its products and a 5-year warranty for Generac gas power plants. We are fully responsible for fulfilling our warranty obligations.
Can I order generator installation?
Absolutely. NIK offers installation services for gasoline, diesel, and gas generators. Just let our manager know, and we’ll arrange delivery and professional setup of your generator. We also provide advice on the necessary additional equipment, such as automatic transfer switches (ATS), and answer all questions about how your power system will function.
Gasoline vs diesel generators — Which should you choose?
Gasoline generators are great for household use because they are lighter and cheaper, but less efficient in long-term operation. Diesel generators have more power, a longer service life, and are more cost-effective for heavy loads, but are larger and more expensive. In addition, diesel freezes in extreme cold, so it is worth having frost-resistant fuel for the winter period. NIK can help you choose the optimal solution based on your energy needs and usage expectations.
Do You Offer Generator Repairs?
Yes, NIK provides professional repair services for generators of various types and capacities. Our team performs diagnostics and fixes issues for both household and industrial equipment. We also offer scheduled maintenance and routine checks for generators, inverters, and backup systems, helping prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
Why choose Generac gas power plants?
Generac is a global leader in backup power solutions. Their gas power stations are known for reliability, long service life, and low operational costs. They're also eco-friendly, safe, and eliminate the need for manual refueling or switching. If you value peace of mind, efficiency, and long-term performance, NIK highly recommends Generac gas generators.
